Provides guidance for fairer research contract negotiation in collaborative research partnerships, to provide tools which place contracting knowledge and skills directly in the hands of institutions and government departments who have limited expertise in this area. The initiative will be instrumental in helping to level the playing field in global health research partnerships – particularly for LMIC institutions which may not have the contracting or legal expertise to negotiate technical terms of research partnerships.
