These two guides from LSTM draw on lessons and good practice examples from literature on the ‘science’ of RCS for Researchers and Implementers and Grant Makers
This report summarises findings from case studies in Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania and Senegal. It includes a mapping of international donors and initiatives across Sub-Saharan Africa that are supporting scientific research and training, within the broader context of increasing investments in science, technology and innovation.
This study supports the Canadian International Development Research Centre (IDRC), the UK Department for International Development (DfID) and South Africa’s National Research Foundation (NRF) Science Granting Councils Initiative (SGCI).
