The audience for this publication is primarily intended to be individuals and organisations outside of the UK looking to find specific skills, expertise and knowhow within the fields of agri-science, food science and aquaculture.

Every effort has been made to ensure that the information presented in this publication is correct at the time of publication. All contact information provided is currently in the public domain. Information concerning each organisation has been extracted from publicly accessible websites and every attempt has been made to provide consistent information within the limitations of each individual website, available space within the Directory and the vastly differing structures of UK scientific organizations.

Priority has been given (but not limited to) those organisations or parts of organisations that have a clear agricultural, food science and technology or aquaculture focus (not all research is published)  that have more than a single publication listed in the science map, and provide information on their website that readily fits the format of the Directory.
