Lucy Heaven Taylor

Lucy is a safeguarding and PSEA specialist with 20 years’ experience in the humanitarian and development sector. She has worked with a range of NGO and UN clients such as Oxfam, World Vision, WFP, and DfID to provide advisory support and training. Her experience in safeguarding and PSEA includes advising on strategy, organisational review, conducting investigations, and training on prevention and investigations. She developed CHS Alliance’s guidance on investigating reports of sexual exploitation and abuse as well as a range of other safeguarding tools for other organisations, including CHS Alliance and Bond.  Lucy is a member of the DfID safeguarding expert reference group.
