Funded under the Global Challenges Research Fund (GCRF), this highlight notice seeks to encourage innovative proposals for enhancing inclusive engagement with, and impacts from, research funded by the AHRC in one or more countries which receive Official Development Assistance (ODA) and/or which will contribute more broadly to international development.
This may include knowledge exchange, public engagement/participation (in LMICs), public policy, pathways to impact, non-academic dissemination, innovation, practice-based and commercialisation activities that arise unforeseeably during the lifespan of, or following, an AHRC-funded project and which have the potential to contribute towards international development and the welfare of people in LMICs.
Proposals under this highlight are expected to be highly internationally collaborative and the development and enhancement of sustainable international collaborations, particularly in LMICs, is a key aim.
