Reducing the Threat of Malaria
Efforts to control and eradicate malaria have focused on strengthening public health systems, increasing access to critical health services, and delivering life-saving medicines and resources.
We invite you to join us at a virtual event hosted by UKCDR: Research enablers for impact – accelerating the impact of the UK’s investment in international development research on the 29th September 2020. This lunchtime dialogue will lead a strategic discussion on how to enable, accelerate and evaluate impact of the UK’s investment in international development research.
The event will also launch 11 high level impact success stories compiled through a unique collaborative effort by UK research funders including FCDO (Formerly DFID), UKRI, BEIS, DHSC and Wellcome, showcasing the critical role which research plays in addressing the challenges faced by developing countries, and the UK’s contribution to achieving that impact.
